Privacy Policy

Invertia (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a single-player arcade runner operated by Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited and released under the Mythic Motion brand. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have. In plain terms: your game progress stays on your own device, and the main data shared with third parties is what is needed to show ads.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your gameplay data — best scores, progress, and app settings — in local storage on your device. This information stays on your device; we (Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited) do not collect it or receive a copy of it.

Advertising

The app shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource). To show ads, ironSource and its partners may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising identifier and general technical and usage data, as described in Unity’s and ironSource’s policies. On iOS, before any tracking we show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you decline, your advertising identifier is not used to track you and ads are non-personalized. In the EEA, the UK, and other regions where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

What the advertising SDK collects

Through the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) SDK, the following may be collected for third-party advertising:

This data is not linked to your name or an account, because the app does not ask for or collect either. Only the device advertising identifier is used for cross-app tracking, and only with your permission.

Analytics and attribution

We do not use separate third-party analytics or attribution SDKs (for example, no Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, or Adjust). The only third-party SDK that processes data is the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) advertising SDK described above. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Purchases

If the app offers a paid option (such as removing ads), the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but not your payment details.

Your choices and rights

You can control ad tracking and reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings — on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

Children

The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shown at the top reflects the latest version.
